I'm wondering what do paleo people eat/drink (besides meat and eggs) post-workout? I used to down a glass of whey protein and soy milk. But now whey protein is a no-no and soy milk is a bigger no-no. So is there a protein powder substitute that I can mix into my almond milk?
I've mentioned that I make homemade protein shakes using raw eggs. I wash the shells before adding them. You can add egg white only too. Blend well. I might try with some almond milk and maybe a banana

ReplyDeleteCheck out Jarrow forumula whey protein powder. It has no gluten and the whey is from grass fed cows.
And yes, I totally stole that from my brother.
