Getting Called Out


Hey Gang -

Thank you to those that called me out on the DC...yes even you "couch". I am going to try and go cold turkey and see how it goes but just know that reading this blog every day and knowing that you are all going through the same things as I am will help me kick the stuff.

Anyway enough with the sappy sap and on to what I ate yesterday (Side bar: worked from home yesterday and yes that means I didn't even bother putting pants on all day...thought you all would like to know that).

Breakfast
- Progenex Shake
- Apple
- Coffee

Lunch
- Meat balls
- Grilled chicken breast

Snack
- Amazing CVS trail mix
- Grilled chicken breast

Dinner
- Half a piece of grilled salmon
- Carrots
- 2 grilled turkey burgers

Random Thoughts:
- Jacob, I heard that 8% is the sweet spot for "seeing your abs".
- Iced coffee (black of course), what are your thoughts on that as a replacement for DC?
- Nimmer makes me laugh.

  1. Nice Collin, I think I posted this to Jacob, but how about unsweetened ice tea (though do not buy this shit already made or bottled). Buy some tea bags, some fresh mint, and add to water and boil (about 5 bags), then pour in a big container and stick in the fridge and serve over ice.
