Paleo Pumpkin Bars, cranberry relish, and sweet potatoes. . .yum
My goal is to eat Turkey, veggies, and paleo-friendly cuisine. I am going to make Ashley's pumpkin bar recipe just so I can have dessert. How does one explain paleo to inquisitive relatives? Paleo what? Caveman? Huh? As long as I get it and I am seeing results, I guess that's all that matters. Happy Thanksgiving fellow WCCF Paleo friends. Will see you at the box next week! If any of you need some Paleo-friendly recipes, a box near my mom's has some recipes. Here's the link http://inspirepaleo.blogspot.com

Good for you! There was a post on whole9life Or marksdailyapple that discussed that. From what I remember, "paleo is eating real food, lean meats, veggies, some fruit, few nuts". Rather than mentioning what you are not eating, mention what you are enjoying and any positive benefits you've noticed. Saying it this way has even helped me - positive reinforcement everytime!
ReplyDeleteGood luck!
I loved the sweet potatoes with ginger and coconut milk!!! Not so much on the cranberry sauce and the pumpkin bars.
