me, too

1. FS killed my legs this morning. then with the lunges. (accidentally did front rack position lunges. what the hell was i thinking?) oy vey.
2. stepped on the scale this AM for the first time since we started this little game. down 6#. this was not my intent. i have a sneaking suspicion that those 6# aren't all fat.
3. time to step up my protein intake, a la Dingo and Yaz.
4. pull a Collin and go triple meat instead of double at chipotle? (but i'll always do carnitas over the steak.)

  2. Jacob and others interested in losing/gaining bodyweight or just recomp: track calorie intake and protein intake. You can do this in a paleo framework, but you still need this info to know what you're doing.

  5. Is that all you got, or did you get the guacamole/salsa as well? How much did they charge you? I have a feeling if you order a certain way at 'potle you can get your food cheaper then saying burrito bowl, no beans, rice, cheese or sour cream.
