Can't be true

Haven't been posting much but been reading all your posts. Nice work everyone, we are almost there, I can almost taste the Halloween candy...in moderation of course.

Been eating pretty well, a slip here or there in form of dressing for a salad or something small along those lines. Overall everything is going pretty well.

Random things that I think I think...

- Doogie I will get you your rent money when we weigh in or you can break my legs

- What are your thoughts on this article, all I know is every since I cut bread out my life has been much better. I miss it but I for sure don't need it.

Bread was around 30,000 years ago -study

  1. I need some grains in my diet or else there are huge issues in "systemic" regions. LOL.

    After seeing epic movie battles where they send their warriors off with hard crusty matza in their loincloths purses for sustenance - it would make sense. The Elves had it in Middle Earth ;-) Have you met Logolas (badass - and lean)

    Historically, warring was big bidness, why wouldn't there have been some kind of bread-like substance with a long shelf life. Or am I too contempoarary in my history here?

    n=1! (emphasis mine)

  2. Grinding stone with grains found in it doesn't mean folks were making and consuming bread. The article and scientist are making sweeping generalizations.

    Ask yourself this question, "How do I feel now that I have not eating grains/gluten for 30+ days?" I know I feel a lot better.

    Beck, what does "systemic" regions mean? Also, movies are not historically accurate, or should be used as fact.
