Now I am really scared
After meeting with Ms. Dangerous today I must admit that I am extremely nervous about the amount of food that I must consume. She plugged in some numbers on her computer and low and behold my initial estimate was way off. 3000 calories. Hah. That is laughable. The caloric range where I must reside is somewhere 3500 & 4200. Are you kidding me? How the hell am I going to eat that much? I was freaking out at 3000 calories never mind adding an extra 500-1200 calories. I guess I am going to do my best; I purchased more fruit, some avocados, and four whole chickens that I plan on roasting the night before so I can take the cooked poultry to school the following day. That being said, I have no idea where I am going to find the actual time to consume all of these calories. I fear that I ay have to scale down and subsequently lose some lean muscle mass. However, if I do that, based on recent experiences, there may be a chance that my performances will suffer at the box. If that happens I am not sure how long I will be able to stick with the challenge.
