Looks like a bunch of skinny minis decided to compete with the big girl! Like I said...I like my chances. Day One was a big success in the Mancini house. After throwing all caution to the wind yesterday in my last hurrah (think chocolate, burritos, BBQ, beer, mac and cheese, pizza...) today, I battened down the hatches. Breakfast was a tomato (there was really no other healthy option in my fridge), lunch was a delicious salad of avocado, bacon, tomatoes and hard boiled eggs; and dinner was Ashley's meat loaf (which was awesome). Had a delish snack of apples and nut butter and half a date/banana/carrot/walnut muffin for desert. All in all not too shabby. I also made a batch of meatballs in the slow cooker for lunch this week. From previous hatch battenings - I learned preparation is the key to success. That and taking pictures of your "before" figure. Can't wait til those are posted....not.
As for the gym - I am struggling with some sort of "Nicole" induced ankle injury. Needed to let it rest but back at it tomorrow. I am committing to at least 4 days in the gym per week. Hold me to it.
Forty days to go. I hope you all brought your A game!
