Dingo's initial musings
Today was a a huge success paleolithicly speaking. No breakfast for me but had a nice salad for lunch while Yaz and I were shopping for ingredients for this weeks meals. We had a nice midday snack of apple slices and sun butter. mmmmmmm. For dinner we hit a home run with Ashley's meat loaf recipe. Loved it. Looking forward into this contest I have come to the realization that the only meal that I will be able to have that will have any variation to it is my dinner. Every morning I eat 2 eggs either some bacon or sausage and a piece of fruit and some almonds for my fats. Due to the fact that I work in a food desert I will be eating 2 Paleo Kits for lunch every weekday. Which leaves me to my dinner, this is where the challenge lies. After football practice and Crossfit I won't be getting home until about 8:45-9pm and then I will have to make a meal. I think i am going to have to try and make most of the meals on Sunday, save them in the fridge in order to maintain the variety in my diet. Fingers crossed.
