I am stuffed

So here I sit at 10:23pm watching the game and looking back at my day of non stop eating. I woke up and had 5 eggs, 5 pieces of bacon, a banana, almonds, some apple sauce and fish oil with my vitamins. FOr lunch I had a banana, an apple sauce a dried fruit treat and began consuming my whole roasted chicken. I was not able to finish it all in one sitting. I finished the rest after school while I was coaching in the weight room at Phillips. Then tonight had an apple with sun butter, an apple sauce, and some beef thing Yaz made. I also had one of her banana date muffins with butter. I am stuffed. I believe I will be consuming whole milk from now on because I do not know If I can keep up this eating. I have no idea how Michael Phelps consumed the 20,000 calories a day he was eating during the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

  1. Coconut Milk Dingo!!! The legit kind that comes in a can...you can freeze it with berries and cinnamon as an "ice cream". It'll give you an extra 200 cals per 1/4 cup...that will add up fast:) And its delicious!

  2. Phelps just ate garbage and was a calorie burning machine.

I'd be wary of coconut milk unless you purposely want to add lots of fat to your daily breakdown. If you do (some will want to of course), then it's ok. Adding kcals with garbage macros just to add calories is a bad idea.

Dingo, I'd also add whey protein. Lots of studies showing health and performance benefits to using 100% whey protein - also the cheapest protein source and easier than eating 2-3lbs a meat a day. Believe me, I know.

  3. How do you feel Dingo? Still sleepy after lunch? You may cut back eventually but it's great that you are getting the appropriate calories in to see what it's like. You can make small tweaks.

Also, Costco sells Organic heavy cream in a half gallon for $5. So cheap. It's 100% fat. Also not paleo... hence coconut milk suggestion.

    Way to go big man!
