13 hour IF (intermittent fast) before FGB. I just couldn't go into it fasting. I ate a banana and a little bit of coffee. I planned to refuel after the fight but was in a jam. All the food was being "inspected" by the people who want a bigger mortgage than me.
FGB was a toughie. Oh my goodness. Painful. If I could rewind I would have strategized a bit better. I can't even tell you the last time I did a SDHP. I missed having Sean there. The event this year was fab but just didn't have as much street cred as it has in the past (OK, I saw pics of it last year). Maybe it's just the tattoos I'm missing.
2:30pm hit up Garcias for a chicken tacos. I waited way too long to eat. Was getting fidgety and cranky. Got Garcia's tacos: chicken and avacado with salsa in a stryofoam container. Chased with a fresh Honeycrisp apple from the Apple Fest in the Square. Lovely. I could easily have done two more tacos fillings worth. Mama was hungry.
Kinda of skipped dinner. It was a mini larabar and about 6 almonds and some hot, hot tea.
This is my demise: i don't eat enough sometimes - other times too much. I get lazy or busy or just don't feel hungry and forget to eat. This isn't ALWAYS the case, but it is a pattern I've observed. Trust me I like food.
I'm not alone - Dingo needs more cals too. Actually, I just have daily calorie intake envy.
Skinny jeans which fit juuuust right in May are tiiight in the legs and booty. I think they will be my paleo challenge jeans! Just in time for Fall.
