I know there are a lot of different variables that factor into getting a PR: Training, sleep, increased flexibility, ect. Diet happens to be a big one of those factors, and today I'm happy that I'm doing paleo. I got a huge 20lbs PR on my 5 rep back squat and I think that some of it has to do with not eating so many donuts and cookies. So if nothing else this challenge was worth it for that.
