Hey Guys!
I feel so guilty for going off the diet in a huge way today. I'm in Columbus, celebrating a huge Buckeye victory and my son's 7th birthday. What better way to celebrate than with pizza and cake? It had been going great for the past week and now, I'm overcome with guilt and feel gross. Ok, back at it tomorrow. Keep on keeping' on!
Back on the wagon tomorrow! Nothing you can do about it now, don't waste precious energy on guilt. So not worth it. :-)

ReplyDeleteI only have three problem foods. They are the trigger foods that cause me to go on a food binge.
My three problem foods? They are carbohydrates, proteins, and fats.

I had a bad day yesterday too. The weekend is proving hard! We had a busy day running around and all I want now is Chinese! But to be honest, I woke up this morning and my stomach hurt from being bad last night! Got me right back on track today :)

Beating yourself up for a past mistake only depletes you of precious energy to live in the moment, and plan successfully for the future. you can do it! And everyday that you are doing it well is no small feat! Don't let a few bad choices overshadow all the good you've accomplished!!!
