Day 3 DIngoisms
So this thing hasn't been to bad for me. Like I mentioned before that my breakfasts are the same everyday. My lunches are just those paleokits because I work in the hood and I do not want to eat fried chicken, White Castle or Mcdonalds. Last night I had leftover meatloaf and it was excellent. Tonight I had some paleo meatballs that Yaz made on Sunday. My workout was a little off today because I forgot to eat a late afternoon paleokit and I was low on energy. I have noticed that about an hour after lunch I am extremely sleepy. I am not sure if it is because I am having a food coma or if it is because I am going through ketosis and am lightheaded. Time will tell.

Dingo I am proud of you. Make sure you are eating enough, you have a lot of muscle mass (meaning you are burning more calories at rest than the rest of us)!
