Today went well. Breakfast consisted of two paleo meatballs and half an avocado and a little bit of coconut water. I had left overs from my dinner last night for lunch, 1 small black plum and a small handful of pistachios. When I got home from work I was a little hungry, so I had half of an all natural lamb sausage snack and about a cup and a half of watermelon. Dinner tonight was a challenge as one of my friends and I went to the Publican and I love their fries and their beer. We split the Sicilian fish stew which I'm going to try to remake because this shit is fabulous. Every time I go to the Publican I somehow manage to convince everyone at my table that this is the best dish and then we all order it and agree and yeah, the Publican is known for pork, but try this next time you go. We also got half of the chicken that comes with three pieces of a summer like sausage that is house made and really good and even though fries sat in front of my face, I managed to stay strong and not fold. All in all, the Publican is a great paleo restaurant, lots of pork, fish, some red meat and charcuterie and I was able to stay strong.
I'm ready for day 4.
